Now, I’m sure that you enjoy a tale from time to time, but wouldn’t going there yourself be so much better. In an effort to help others enjoy the places we have been, we have launched a new travel website, Unique Travel Bid . The website is a travel auction site with a twist. In a traditional auction, the price goes ever upward with each bid.
Uniquetravelbid.com is just that; a unique way to bid on travel. The auction format we chose is the “Lowest Unique Bid” format. In this format the person with the lowest bid that no one else has placed wins the auction. Auctions start at $0.01 and are never more than $200 to $500.
Take a look at the website. These trips are not your run of the mill trips. Almost every trip we put up is a luxury trip with airfare and meals included. Add to that the “Lowest Unique Bid” factor and the trips are cheaper than staying at home. You will find trips to Africa where you will experience the abundance of wildlife and the beauty of the untouched landscapes. You will find trips to Europe where you can experience anything from the Eiffel Tower to the vineyards of Tuscany. If you want to stay a little closer to home, there are trips to Las Vegas where you will be staying in a lavish 1283 square foot suite or cruise the Inside Passage to Alaska or the islands of Hawaii in the comfort of your balcony suite. For the hunter, we are working on putting together packages that, until now, have only been experienced by the upper crust. We will only offer hunts with operators that have a proven track record of ethical hunting practices and follow the most stringent conservation guidelines. In keeping with our standards, all of the trips that we offer my follow strict eco-friendly practices and, especially in Africa, a portion of the monies received by the operators must benefit the indigenous people and/or wildlife.
So, check out the website. Before you know it, you may be traveling the world like a pro. If there are places you would like to travel that you don’t see, suggest them. If enough people want a trip to a certain destination, we will certainly try to find an operator in that area that lives up to our standards. Stop reading about travel and pack your bags. There’s a whole world out there for you to explore.
