Landmark Resort Properties of VA is pleased to announce the grand opening of its latest family resort - Parkside Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia this summer. Located right in the heart of Williamsburg, adjacent to the Williamsburg Country Club, and just minutes from world famous attractions such as Busch Gardens Europe, Colonial Williamsburg and Water Country, USA, Parkside Resort’s luxurious and spacious units will be available for purchase, rental, or exchange through the RCI Points(SM) program. Parkside Resort is recognized by RCI as a Gold Crown Resort - the highest rating available - based on resort design, amenities, and service standards.

Parkside Resort will offer one, two, three and four bedroom units, all sporting spacious interiors and luxurious in-room amenities. Designed in the Caribbean Colonial style of architecture, Parkside Resort’s first phase includes 36 units and an outdoor pool with lazy river. Each unit includes a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen; washer and dryer, flat screen televisions in every room, wired and wireless internet, and fireplaces.
In addition to the main resort, Parkside will offer 40 golf villas on a fractional ownership basis (four to six weeks of annual ownership). Parkside Golf Villas are included in RCI’s Registry Collection, an international hospitality service provider to the luxury leisure real estate market. Future planned resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, clubhouse equipped with a game room and cafe, and a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa.
