CEO of Perspective International Speaks At Industry Convention About New Consumer Magazine

Paul Mattimoe, CEO Perspective International Ltd recently spoke at the OTE Forum in Madrid with reference to their new consumer magazine for the timeshare and fractional ownership markets.
Addressing an audience of more than 300 industry professionals, Mr Mattimoe spoke of the core objectives behind Owners Perspective Magazine; to educate prospective buyers and renters of shared ownership products, giving them independent advice and guides on the options available to them; helping existing owners to get the very best out of their purchase with the latest hints and tips direct from industry leaders, and to open up a direct communication channel between developers and consumers helping them learn from each other about changing trends in the industry and buying habits.
The official launch of the magazine is not until January 2009, but Owners Perspective Magazine has been appearing online since July 2008 whilst the publisher tests content and generates subscribers - and through advertising campaigns run in these early online only editions the magazine has proved its ability to encourage consumers to contact developers direct for more information on purchasing memberships / booking accommodation at their resort(s), providing an organic form of consumer led lead generation that is high quality for the developer and low pressure for the consumer.
With nearly 10,000 subscribers already and confirmed exhibit and distribution deals at no less than seven major travel and property shows for 2009 with a combined reach of more than 300,000 visitors, Owners Perspective is proving to be somewhat of phenomenon in the world of fractional ownership and timeshare – even before it has really begun.
But this is no coincidence, as the publishers of this consumer magazine already produce the award winning Perspective Magazine, a business to business version that has reached the accolade of “most read” independent B2B publication globally for the shared ownership industry which is now in its fourth year.
